"... Much better than expected and according to the experts in my family, above average!  Great kitchen - and wine glasses and facilities."  George, Oxford - stayed February '08

In the lounge you will find a woodburning stove with 2 large and exceedingly comfortable sofas, a TV and DVD player.

In the kitchen there is a large extendible round table in the centre of the room with a huge range cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and it is fully equipped with utensils, and tea and coffee will always be supplied for your arrival.  The kitchen leads into the utility room where there is a washing machine and drying area and the entrance to the back garden, this is the main entrance used which means you can keep muddy clothes and boots out of the rest of the house.

The modest but convenient back garden allows plenty of room for enjoying the Welsh sunshine - glorious when it is out - and we have garden furniture and a BBQ ready for those warm summer evenings.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and the bathroom. The blue room is at the back of the house and has a sumptuous king size mahogany sleigh bed which is incredibly comfortable to sleep on and great, functional cupboards for clothes storage.

The green room at the front of the house is decorated with an Asian feel and has a king size double bed and cupboard.

The purple room next door is slightly more compact with a double bed and cupboard as well but with a more cosy feel to it.

The bathroom is bright and crisp with a power shower above the bath. The house has gas central heating with very productive radiators in each room in addition to the stove in the lounge.
